Webmasters and Lawyers:
You May Use our Work IF You Link to Our Blog Articles
Welcome to the Palm Springs Family Law Blog!
The Palm Springs Divorce Blog is designed and intended to offer solutions to situations that people commonly encounter in relationship break up, anywhere in California. Our vision is much larger than simply to attract clients to retain our family law firm within the eastern Riverside County cities of Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and Indio, although clearly that is our desire too. We want to provide a starting point for you to become informed.
Mr. Arnold provides a platform for persons who want and need candid pointers on family court issues, and how to avoid family law disputes, in California. Our goal is to demystify the law and the procedures involving mediation, family litigation, and those other legal rights that people rely upon, and fear, at the end of relationships. We aim to empower you in whatever direction your life is taking you, and to respond to some of the questions and concerns that brought you to our website. We also want to spread our peacemaking philosophy into the legal aspects of divorce, one that is client and interest's centered and based upon the best current practices in the mental health sciences, and one that avoids the adversarial court system.
If you appreciate our efforts to make information available and find this Blog helpful, please write a comment at the end of any article and rank us on Alexa by clicking the link below. We have invested hundreds of hours in making this information available, and ask you consider taking a few moments to tell us what you like and don't like about our site. We want to know what works for you and to learn how we might improve.
Also, our family law search engine (very upper right hand corner of every page) may aid you in finding valuable information relevant to your circumstances. We have separately provided a Family Law Statutes Page as well as a Family Law Forms Page which includes the California Judicial Council mandatory and optional forms with instructions on when and how to use them, and our own handcrafted pleadings, letters, and agreements, and we are regularly adding blogs, articles, and other useful materials. Please check back.
The contents of our Blog do not and cannot predict any outcome in your case, and our comments should not be considered as controlling or even correct as to your particular facts and situation. Each case must be analyzed on its own merits and California Family Law is constantly changing and evolving! We urge you to seek competent legal advice specific to your circumstances.
