Internet Family Law Consult

What if you could conference with an experienced family law attorney by WebCam only as you needed?
What if you weren't asked to deposit thousands of dollars as a "Retainer" in advance of services rendered just to get an answer or a roadmap how to manage your case when it isn't so complicated that you had to have lawyer. But you still had access to legal services on demand on pinpoint questions that addressed your concerns?
What if you paid only for services rendered right now, and could control 'how many' services you purchased? Could you benefit from some advice about California courts tend to operate?
What if geography was irrelevant in accessing reliable legal advice, and so didn't limit your choices?
What if someone could tell you when you really needed an attorney on a recurring basis, or at all?
And if you were setting out to hire a lawyer, wouldn't it be nice to have a sense for the rules of engagement for this important relationship?
If you already had an attorney but felt a little uneasy with their advice or behavior, might you discreetly obtain a
second opinion?
Our commitment is to clients and not their lawyers. Period.

Video consults are really simple. They require an account with
AIM/AOL or
Skype, both of which are free, and a USB webcam. Through MobileMe and
IChat, it is possible to join up to 4 people in one session.
Webcams can be purchased at any electronics store or Best Buy, and may be used with any PC. Logitech makes good inexpensive products, including the Pro 9000.
